If you do email us, please bear in mind that we are primarily a small retail shop. We do not have any staff dedicated to replying to customers emails and we do have other jobs and customers to attend to. We will attempt to reply to your queries as soon as we can, but do not expect an immediate reply. Thanks.

We offer a mail order service through this website.

We can not accept telephone orders.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.

UK orders will be despatched by Royal Mail for most orders or by courier for larger orders.

Overseas orders will be despatched by Airmail. Items that are too heavy to be sent by Airmail can only be sent overseas by special arrangement.

If there is a delay or problem with your order we will contact you to let you know and to give you the option to cancel the order.

We try to keep stock of everything listed here in at all times, but occasionally UK suppliers will run out of stock without us knowing.

We update our website regularly each day to attempt to keep stock availability information up to date but all items listed here are for sale on the shelves of our shop and this website is not a live indication of our stock levels.

Items marked with the suffix T.O.S. are not currently in stock and are not available for order.

Occasionally UK suppliers will run out of stock without us knowing. In the case that a customer has placed an order for such a product we will inform them immediately and give them the option to cancel the order or to wait to see if stock becomes available again.

Privacy and Security

Your order information will be used for the purposes of processing one order, and one order only.

We will let our couriers know your email address so that they can give updates on your delivery. Other than that, we will never divulge any of your information to any other persons or organisations whatsoever unless ordered to by the Courts or the Police.

We will never send unsolicited marketing emails to any of our customers.

Returns and Cancellations

Any customer who wishes to cancel an order placed through this website may do so by replying to the email address given them in their order confirmation email.

Orders may be cancelled at any time between placing the order, and seven days after the goods are delivered. If the order is cancelled after the goods have been despatched we would expect the customer to return the goods and to pay for the postage costs.

Any goods returned as a result of cancelling an order must be returned in perfect and saleable condition.

Any customer who receives faulty goods from us has the option to return them for a full refund, including the price paid for the goods themselves, and the cost of postage including the cost of returning the goods to us.
